 Dr. Megan Reed

Dr. Megan Reed is a board certified Chiropractic Physician who grew up in northern New York, and relocated to North Carolina. When she was a teenager, Dr. Reed sought chiropractic care for back and shoulder pain she experienced due to her participation in competitive swimming. She was impressed with how chiropractic care relieved her pain without the use of drugs and surgery. This is what inspired her to pursue a career as a chiropractor.

Dr. Reed has long been involved in athletics, health and nutrition. She is committed to promoting the health and well-being of her patients. Dr. Reed uses a hands-on approach, which is to diagnose the underlying cause of pain as opposed to just treating the symptoms. This type of approach also allows her to create a personalized chiropractic and wellness plan to suit each patient’s individual needs.

Today, Dr. Reed looks forward to helping others live pain free, healthy lives. Some of her hobbies include swimming, horse back riding, kayaking, and training for triathlons. She is eager and motivated to provide exceptional chiropractic care to the Apex and surrounding communities.

Christy R. Hall

Wellness Mindset Coach

Christy Hall is a Wellness Mindset Coach who approaches personal wellness with the whole person in mind. She understands how the mind works and uses that understanding to help remove obstacles and roadblocks that prevent you from achieving your desired level of wellness. She can help with the mental attachments and emotional issues around the achievement of your goals.

Christy offers hypnosis, coaching, consulting, support and accountability. Her clients have raved about her services. Caitlin says, "After just a few sessions with Christy, I now know the root cause of all my problems. To have clarity about the fact that all of my problems are actually just symptoms of a larger problem is so liberating! I can safely say that not only has she helped me shift tons of emotional baggage, but she has also taught me a lot, and given me the confidence to do a lot of work on my own!  I now know exactly what to focus on when tapping, and I have confidence that Christy and I will continue to make huge changes together." And Tracy called her an “honest, direct, butt-kicking teacher.”

When she isn’t working with clients, Christy is a virtual smorgasbord of nerdy goodness. She does web development in her spare time, and plays MMORPGs and RPGs. A wannabe novelist, she has completed NaNoWriMo 10 times. She shares her home with her husband, a Norwegian Forest Cat mix, and a Ragdoll.
